Spring is taking its time around here, but is anyone else feeling antsy and ready to clean and dive in and make things happen?  No?  Just me?  :)  Ok, here’s hoping it’s not just me!  Spring may be slow, but yesterday afternoon got me out for a run on a beautiful chilly afternoon, and ready for spring to hit.  All that life popping up outside makes me want to bring all that life inside and reinvigorate my kitchen and my eating, really focusing on all those healthy plant foods.  I created the following video as a guest expert for a friend’s Spring Detox program, and I wanted to share it with you my lovely readers as well.
